How to recognize depression in time

Increasingly, you have problems with sleep, you experience irritation and you have a bad mood. Perhaps this is the first bells of impending depression. Here are some general recommendations on how to deal with depression:

  • do not dwell on the bad, better concentrate on the good
  • more often take a walk in the fresh air
  • go in for sports, any even minimal physical exertion will benefit you
