One woman kept her sister’s body in the freezer for the 18-years

In one of the smaller villages in Croatia, police discovered the body of a woman who had been kept in a freezer for over 18 years. In early 2000, the relatives of the deceased thought that she had gone abroad for work, but five years later, they sounded the alarm.

The corpse was found in her sister’s house, where she lived with her father, husband and children. The elder sister’s husband was the first to report about the tragedy, when, feeling a strong smell, he came across a freezer that he had not even noticed before. The fridge probably turned off due to power outages. Law enforcement officials believe that the death of a woman is guilty of her older sister, who hid the body for such a long time.
