November 13, 2022
Canadian scientists have developed a drug that will allow older people to return the memory. The first clinical trials have already shown good results. Specialists introduced the tool to age mice, and after 30 minutes, they were able to go through the maze no worse than young individuals were.
After the experience, it turned out that almost 90% of the memory was returned to the mice. After watching the mice for several days and giving them the drug daily, the scientists concluded that memory can be restored for good. This scientific discovery will be a breakthrough for people with dementia, because how many people suffer from premature memory loss or their relatives cannot survive this difficult time.
